Our portfolio includes rectifier diodes, phase-control thyristors, line-commutated devices, and pulse-power semiconductors, all engineered and configured to meet exacting performance requirements. Assemblies are available in sizes from 53 mm to 125 mm, in a wide range of current and voltage ratings, and can be configured in parallel or series to suit your application.
In addition to supplying discrete components, we deliver fully tested thyristor and diode assemblies, including pulse-power assemblies.
