The Southern States LSH and LSH-B horizontal interrupter line switchers deliver load breaking, loop splitting, and line dropping performance for high-priority transmission line applications. Built for flexibility and longevity, both models operate entirely in SF₆, eliminating open air arcs and extending equipment life in demanding field conditions.

The LSH-B includes an integral vertical break disconnect, while the LSH omits it for installations where one isn’t required. Designed for critical switching tasks — including transformer magnetizing, cable switching, and bypass of series reactors or capacitor banks — the LSH family combines reliable performance with minimal maintenance.
