The heavy duty hinge utilizes robotically welded aluminum shunts and a one-piece stainless steel rotating pivot with marine grade bushings, providing maximum rigidity and current carrying surface area, ensuring reliable performance. Using a stainless steel bearing also ensures long life in all operating conditions.
