Since 1994, Silicon Power has earned global recognition as a leader in the development of semiconductors for medium- and high-power electronics.
Our portfolio includes rectifier-type diodes, thyristors, phase control and line commutation devices, as well as pulse power application components.
In addition, Southern States offers thyristor/diode assemblies and pulse power assemblies engineered to meet your specific application needs. These assemblies are manufactured and tested in-house using our own semiconductors and are available in various sizes (53 mm to 125 mm), current and voltage ratings, and configurations, parallel or series.
