RLSwitcher® Shunt Reactor Switch

Switching shunt reactors is one of the most difficult switching duties and can shorten the life of both the switching device and the reactor. The RLSwitcher®, available at 38 kV through 245 kV, is designed specifically for switching shunt reactors. Its' unique interrupter design minimizes reignitions and their magnitude, reducing stress on both the RLSwitcher® and the reactor.
